With the increasing percentage of mental illness cases and mental health becoming more and more common in today’s world, I’m sharing my journey w/ discovering Anxiety + Depression and how I overcame and combat these illnesses. This is Part 2 of a 2 part video. I give information on how I overcame and am still putting in practices to combat day to day symptoms of anxiety + depression.
